333 x Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Plainly

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 333 x platform, accessible at 333x.biz. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 333 x service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the 333 x platform.

333 x has written these Terms as clearly as possible so that players in Pakistan understand exactly what the rules are — not to bury obligations in language that nobody can follow, but to set out rights and responsibilities plainly and fairly. We've also highlighted the sections that matter most to day-to-day use at the top of each section for quick reference.

1. Eligibility

To create and use a 333 x account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 333 x does not knowingly permit players under 18 to register or play. If 333 x determines that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the case referred appropriately.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 333 x from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 333 x is lawful under any applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship or capacity restriction, you may not use 333 x.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a 333 x self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction on your gaming activity at the time of registration or login.
• One Account: You may hold only one 333 x account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.

2. Account Registration and Security

Creating a 333 x account is free and requires you to provide accurate information. All of the following account rules apply at all times:

• Accuracy: You must provide your real name, a working Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one 333 x account. This applies across devices, IP addresses, and payment methods. Duplicate accounts detected by 333 x will be closed and balances voided without notice.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 333 x login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 333 x will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
• Account Responsibility: All activity that occurs through your 333 x account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific activity. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@333x.biz immediately.
• Verification: 333 x may at any time require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting identity documents including a CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Accounts that do not complete verification when required will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 333 x account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 333 x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are final: Once a deposit is credited to your 333 x wallet, it cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of demonstrable technical error on 333 x's part.
• Withdrawal to registered method: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Anti-money laundering: 333 x complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We may request the source of funds documentation for larger transactions and may delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory documentation.
• Transaction fees: 333 x does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet or bank may charge their own fees; these are outside 333 x's control.
• Dormant accounts: If a 333 x account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or game activity) for 12 consecutive months, a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified before dormancy fees begin applying.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

333 x offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page:

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% welcome bonus up to Rs 20,000 is available to new 333 x players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. The default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering progress is visible in your 333 x account dashboard.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses at 333 x have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus credit that has not been used or wagered through within the expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: 333 x reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus credit if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
• Cashback: The daily 5% cashback promotion carries no wagering requirement and is credited automatically. It is calculated on net losses only and cannot be claimed on sessions that resulted in a net gain.
• Promotional changes: 333 x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be notified via the 333 x Promotions page and any affected players will be given reasonable notice before an active promotion they are participating in is altered.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game offered on the 333 x platform operates according to the following principles:

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on 333 x use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently audited. The outcomes of Aviator, Ludo, Andar Bahar, and Card Games are determined by this RNG and cannot be influenced by 333 x or by any player.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that affects the integrity or outcome of a round, 333 x reserves the right to void bets placed during that session and return stakes to player wallets. Any winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning session may be withheld.
• Bet finality: A bet placed and confirmed at 333 x is final. Once a stake has been accepted and the game round has begun, it cannot be modified or cancelled except through explicitly available features such as cash-out on eligible PSL betting markets.
• Connection issues: You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing at 333 x. 333 x is not liable for losses incurred due to a disconnection on your end during a live game session. If a session is disrupted by a verified server-side fault, the matter will be reviewed and resolved by the 333 x technical team.
• Multiplayer integrity: In multiplayer games including Ludo, 333 x prohibits collusion between players. If 333 x determines that two or more accounts are coordinating play unfairly, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances reviewed.

6. PSL Betting Specific Rules

The following rules apply specifically to PSL Betting and all cricket markets on 333 x, in addition to the general game rules above:

• Odds locking: When a bet is confirmed at 333 x, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. Subsequent market movements do not affect a placed bet. In cases of obvious pricing error (manifestly incorrect odds), 333 x reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Abandoned matches: If a PSL match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold for a result under DLS methodology is reached, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If the match reaches the threshold for a DLS result, all bets stand on the official result.
• Market settlement: PSL markets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Settlement is typically completed within 30 minutes of the match conclusion. In cases of score revisions or DLS recalculations announced after settlement, 333 x will review and re-settle as necessary.
• Live betting suspension: 333 x reserves the right to suspend any live in-play PSL betting market at any time for operational reasons including, but not limited to, suspected irregular activity, delay in official score updates, or data feed interruptions.
• Maximum winnings: 333 x applies maximum payout limits per match per player across PSL betting markets. Bets placed that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be reduced or declined at 333 x's discretion before acceptance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 333 x platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one 333 x account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or suspensions.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating another individual in any part of the 333 x registration or verification process.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in Live Casino games, or exploit multiplayer mechanics to generate artificial winnings at 333 x.
• Bonus exploitation: Systematic abuse of 333 x promotions through methods including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, deliberately hedged betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or claiming bonuses under false pretences.
• Software manipulation: Using any automated software, bot, script, or external tool to interact with the 333 x platform in any way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents platform mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a 333 x transaction. Any account subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play on 333 x when under the age of 18 by any means including falsified identity documents.

8. Responsible Gaming

333 x is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all 333 x account holders:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 333 x account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session reminders: You can enable session reminders that notify you after a set number of hours of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from 333 x for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. 333 x is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime beyond the return of stakes on active bets at the time of a verified outage.
• Third-party services: 333 x is not responsible for the actions, failures, or charges of third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, and card networks.
• Financial losses: 333 x is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gameplay at 333 x, beyond the return of demonstrably incorrect settlements caused by a verified 333 x system error.
• Force majeure: 333 x is not liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, network infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.

11. Changes to These Terms

333 x reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the following process applies:

• Notice: Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered 333 x players via email notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
• Continued use: Your continued use of the 333 x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using 333 x and contact support to close your account.
• Version history: The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions of the 333 x Terms are available on request from the support team.
